Ten months later, she found time to take the car to the dealership again for the same problems. The mechanic took the car and wrote the repair order. She got another tune-up, which didn’t solve anything; the car spent another eight days in the shop, and the dealer presented a bill for $350.00.
She Went to an Attorney
Ms. Peters had had enough, but she couldn’t afford to give up and go away. A few days after picking up her car, she looked in the telephone directory and found an attorney specializing in lemon law.
