Georgia’s Lemon Law does not apply to use cars. However, there are several other types of laws that can be used to help you if you discover that you have purchased a used car lemon. First, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has what is called the rule which requires used car dealers to consumers Buyers Guide with the warranty and other information.
