Lemon Law Maine

Lemon Law Maine

Maine Lemon Law protects consumers who have serious defects in your new car. If your car is pretty bad and the dealer can not fix it, you can request a Free State Lemon Law Arbitration Hearing and receive a decision within 45 days of acceptance of your order. You can only request the State Lemon Law Arbitration within three years from the date your car was originally sold and within range of the manufacturer’s warranty period.

If the Lemon Law Arbitration hearing is held and the arbitrator found in favor of the consumer, the consumer can receive a replacement vehicle or refund (consumer choice).
