Utah Lemon Law “law requires that if a new vehicle or repurchase, is replaced by a manufacturer because of an alleged lack of conformity”, “the title of Utah marked with a” brand “stating” manufacturer repurchase nonconforming vehicle. “Utah law defines non-conformity:

“a defect, malfunction or condition that does not conform to the express warranty or substantially alter the use, safety, or the value of a motor vehicle.” (41-3-406)

However, the law establishes “nonconformity” does not include a defect, malfunction or condition that results from accident, abuse, neglect, modification or alteration of a motor vehicle by a person other than the manufacturer’s authorized agent or distributor. Continue reading Lemon Law Used Utah
