Lemon Law BMW

Just looking for guidance from council members. My "success rate" with BMW is poor: I had 2 lemons of 3 new BMW since 2000. Firstly "the experience of lemon" went well - so well that I bought two more. The latter is another problem child. . . . I bought a well-equipped '03 325i (through ED) for my mother in Florida. He is sitting at less than 9k miles, and has been at the store seven or eight times. It was left stranded on the side of the road twice, and had to be towed in three times. He has been out of service for almost 40 days (and who "lost" once and told my mom "Call the police - which has been stolen"). So far, BMW Vista (FL) has replaced:

Fuel Pump (Sender units?)
2 Filters Fuel
Sensor Mass Air Flow
(Automobile windshield cleaner INOP function was due to delamination of the glass sensor, crazy!)
6 Spark Plugs (twice)
6 coils
Broadcast Software (cold hard changes)

and some other parts too - I can not remember them all.

Needless to say, she never, never drives another BMW, or it may be. I do not blame her. I like to think that perhaps has been set, but we'll never know. The car in the garage while she awaits the arrival of its newly ordered car (hint: it's in Japan ...), besides having a spare car in the meantime.

So Florida BMW NA "market manager post-sale", has offered his version of a "good deal" to purchase the car, which provides buying another E46. (Incredibly, FULL think MSRP is a "good deal".) It really do not need because they have a great w/19k miles '02 330i sitting in my garage here in Texas. (Even it is reliable!) But, I also consider as Pert package, while an exorbitant money maker BMW (Add It Up - is probably $ 3k each _pure profit_ Pert Package sold) only cost me a few more commercially valuable of "aid" of his car. (More details in the long letter below.)

In contrast, the BMW-NA and have been playing an incredible game of what appears to be a case of "Ignore client and maybe only I'll go." On Monday, March 22nd, FedEx’s me the following letter to Tom Purvis, BMW's head man of NA, together with GSM dealer (BMW Vista, FL), and my customer service representative from BMW NA. Today, eight days after they have received their copies of BMW NA nobody has bothered to contact me.

Very frustrating, especially since it used to be a strong supporter and promoter of BMW. Now. . . Well, let's not go there. (Interesting how one of my good friends used to drive a E36 is likely that the G35, recently updated in a few weeks.)

My next step is to start the formal process of the Lemon Law. The question is how long should I wait for BMW to respond, or should begin the process of independence? I have tried to take the road, but BMW NA seems adamantly opposed to doing the right thing. Please review my letter below, your thoughts and comments appreciated.
