What are my rights as a consumer? I have just called for the repair session on my Maytag washer in less than three years. The machine is four years old. Some spare parts are in need of repair.
Know your State Consumer Protection Laws
Consumer rights vary from state to state, but many have a "lemon law. Check with your State Department of Consumer Protection to see what laws your state has and how to get help.
