Here are some guidelines to see if your car is a lemon:
Does the vehicle have a serious defect or abnormal condition is a defect or condition covered by the written warranty from a manufacturer? Have you reported the defect or condition the dealer or manufacturer within the warranty period? Have you given the dealer or manufacturer a reasonable number of attempts to repair the defect or condition? Have you given the owner gives the manufacturer in writing of the defect and at least one opportunity for repair? Does the defect or condition persists and substantially impairs the use of the vehicle or the market value or creates a safety hazard seriously?
