If you are having repeated problems getting your new vehicle repaired, and was purchased or leased to a Texas dealer or lease company, the Texas Lemon Law may be able to help you get it repurchased, replaced or repaired.

Eligibility
Cars, trucks, motorcycles, caravans and all terrain vehicles are covered as well as demonstration vehicles that develop problems covered by the manufacturer's written warranty.

Tow able recreational vehicles must be titled and registered in Texas to be eligible.
Used Vehicles
your used vehicle may be covered by the Lemon Law. The law may cover your vehicle if your used vehicle is still covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (not an extended service contract), or if the problem began when under warranty and continues to exist, repair assistance of the security problem can be available to you.
